Pentasmart, a portable massager factory, supporting OEM and ODM service of portable massager. We have a professional team in charge of R&D, production, sales and after-sales service.
1.R&D. The R&D team of 25 people continues to develop new products and AI software.
2.High Capacity. With 8 production lines, reaches up to 15,000pcs portable massagers, which can meet surging market demand.
3.Quality Assurance. Fully equipped lab for all kinds of products performance test, ensure the high product quality.
02.OEM
1.Clients could make any customization as they like on our product to have a test. If they’re satisfied with our sample, then we could go through next step.
2.Function customization. All of our massagers are multifunctional, which has different functions. For example, the neck massager has heat, EMS pulse and voice prompt functions. So clients could adjust the intensity of them, delete some functions they don’t like, and so on.
3.Color customization. Clients could change the color of the product, and add their logo on it to make the massager to be unique.
4.Packaging customization. Clients could also design the package like manual, packing box, thank you card, etc.
03.ODM
1.We have 25 professional engineers, who will work to deal with the structure, hardware and software of the massager for you.
2.ID. Clients could make it themselves, or authorize us to do it. Clients could share their idea with and requirements with us so we make the design to let them confirm.
3.Electronic structure. There are some engineers who will choose the best electronic project to make the massager perform the functions clients like.
4.Prototype confirmation. Pentasmart will make the prototype for clients to check and confirm if the performance of the massager is good enough.
5.Mould making. If all above processes are confirmed, Pentasmart will make the final mould. At this time, we could start final production of the bulk order.
